“Toby” is an individual. True to the Hancock nature, he's been much slower to come around than his paddock mate Shadow. The two are only five days apart in age, but Toby seems to prefer a little more room and time to think about things. Despite his “late-comer” personality, we still expect big things from him. We saw a remarkable change in his mental maturity in the fall and winter of 2004, and we are excited to get the first rides on him this spring and send him off for his ranch hand education.
